Project Manager
As a project manager at Winona IT, you will be managing Winona IT’s projects through the four main phases of a project lifecycle. Discovery, Planning, Execution, and Closure. It is up to you to make sure the project stays organized, and on task.
Software Engineer
Software Engineers are expected to be capable of delivering quality software solutions, while working with a team of developers through the production of the client solution. The ability to research and present potential solutions for identified business problems will be necessary as well.
Systems Administrator
The System Administrator’s goal is to provide support for internal and customer networks and infrastructure as well maintenance to virtual server environments, including company backups, and other various aspects of infrastructure.
Software Product Manager
As a Software Product Manager, you will be an active contributor in the software development team, collaborating with business stakeholders, development team members, and end-users to deliver successful software products. You will play a critical role in leading the implementation of software solutions that meet our clients’ needs and support our business goals.
Senior Software Engineer
Senior Software Engineers are expected to be capable of designing software solutions from scratch, while working with and mentoring a small team of junior developers through the production of the client solution. The ability to research and present potential solutions for identified business problems will be necessary as well.
Help Desk Technician
As a Help Desk Technician you will responsible for ensuring that tickets are resolved effectively and within a timely manner, while working with the customer to ensure their needs are met.
Software Business Analyst
As a Software Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, designers, developers, end-users, and others, to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful delivery of software solutions. You will play a critical role in driving the implementation of technology solutions that meet the needs of our clients and support our business objectives.
