As a Help Desk Technician, you will responsible for ensuring that tickets are resolved effectively and within a timely manner, while working with the customer to ensure their needs are met.
Senior Software Engineer
Senior Software Engineers are expected to be capable of designing software solutions from scratch, while working with and mentoring a small team of junior developers through the production of the client solution. The ability to research and present potential solutions for identified business problems will be necessary as well.
