Brad Gutwein

Vice President of Operations

Originally from Mexico, Brad moved to Warsaw in 2005 to attend college where he earned his BS in Information Technology. He has since earned his VCP and CCNA certifications and joins our team with over 10 years of experience as the Technology Manager for Warsaw Community Schools. He, along with his wife and 3 children, have been attending Mission Point church for over 6 years.


Krysta Miller

Help Desk Team Lead

Born and raised in Winona Lake, IN, Krysta attended Grace College where she earned her B.S. in Elementary Education. She joins Winona IT with nearly 14 years of customer service experience from several different companies. A proud aunt of 3 extraordinary kids, she has also recently become a gym enthusiast.


Nolan Haines

Help desk Technician

Nolan has spent most of his life fixing computers. He is currently studying Information Technology at Purdue Fort Wayne with a focus on systems administration as well as working full time at Winona IT. He has worked for multiple small repair centers as well as fixing devices for people in his local community in his spare time. He is CompTIA A+ certified and pursuing his MCSA Windows Server certification.


Jonathan Morales

Help Desk Technician

Jonathan and his wife moved from Florida to the Indiana area for ministry opportunities, and while here worked with several different companies in the IT industry. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with family, and playing board and video games. He is excited to join the Winona IT team, and put his technical know-how to use.


Jeremiah Butler

Help Desk Technician

Jeremiah Butler grew up in Ohio but moved to attend College in Winona Lake. There he studied Information Systems and also worked at the Office of Information Technology. While with them he learned valuable skills for fixing and diagnosing computer issues. After graduating from College, he worked at Silveus Insurance Group as a Software Support Technician, before joining Winona It.


Ken Koontz

Help Desk Technician

Ken graduated from college in 2017 with a BA in Marketing. Most of his experience is in the customer service field, as well as some work with digital marketing. Ken currently assists with help desk support and aids in any marketing projects as needed for Winona IT. Ken currently holds a Microsoft certification in Microsoft 365 Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.

Noah grew up near Cleveland Ohio before moving to Winona lake to attend College. Before graduating with his BA in Biblical Studies and his Masters of Divinity he gained experience working in service-focused industries. Noah has always had a passion for problem solving, computer technology, and providing high quality customer service.

Noah grew up in Northeast Iowa and moved to Winona Lake to attend College. Here, Noah pursued a B.S. in Environmental Science and a minor in Information Systems. Outside of work he enjoys fishing, game nights with friends, and PC gaming. Noah has a passion for learning and diving into the IT side of business as well as providing exceptional customer support.


Dustin Shireman

Help Desk Technician

Dustin Shireman joins Winona IT with a desire to help and serve others. He has extensive customer service experience gained from the hospitality industry. With a love for learning new things, and an interest in information technology, Dustin is constantly working towards better serving clients and team members. In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
