About the Team – Customer Management
The Customer Management team empowers clients to transform their business operations through customized Dynamics 365 solutions. The Customer Management team designs and implements systems that seamlessly integrate with client applications and third-party integrations, creating cohesive ecosystems that drive efficiency and growth. We collaborate closely with each client to understand their unique challenges, then leverage the full potential of Dynamics 365 to deliver solutions that streamline workflows, enhance customer insights, and unlock new opportunities. Our commitment extends beyond implementation by providing ongoing support and optimization, ensuring our clients continue to maximize value as their business needs change.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Plan and take responsibility for your own time.
• Scope, develop, and support a Dynamics 365 experience.
• Build extensions and customizations using Power Apps/Power Automate/BI/C#/JavaScript/TypeScript and general D365 configuration.
• Lead collaborative activities such as pairing and mob programming.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Maintain and support custom-developed integrations for D365.
• Solve bugs from production (reproduce, investigate, fix, and deploy)
• Estimate bug fixes and feature implementations.
• Consult with clients and analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical designs for D365 solutions. • Create and maintain documentation of solutions (readme, process, and system descriptions)
• Engage with your personal growth plan (identify with help the areas of improvement and work towards it).
• Perform peer reviews according to the team’s guidelines
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of D365 solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and industry standards related to D365 and related technologies
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor other team members, guiding them in technical matters and fostering their professional development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and product designers, to ensure successful outcomes and seamless integrations.
Expected Qualifications
• 5+ years or experience working within Dynamics 365 applications as an engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Relate well to clients, keeping technical implementation discussions accessible.
• Can proactively understand a client’s needs and envision the possibilities enabled by current technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on bug fixes and feature implementations.
• Expert understanding of Dynamics 365 development best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic software development environment.
Nice to Have
• Significant Typescript experience
• Solid C# experience
