Tim is a car guy with a passion for people and processes. He has three daughters (23, 18 and 12) and a life partner. He grew up in Sims, IN a small farming community and currently resides in Roanoke, IN. His career started out in engineering and CADD Design which transitioned to supporting CADD systems while building rapport with the users. That role led him to IT as a BA, Scrum Master, Project/Program Manager and most recently a consultant as a Product Strategist and many servant leadership roles in between. He enjoys spending time being a crew chief for his daughters who all three currently or have drag raced in the past while winning multiple championships over the last 10 years.
